Gao Xiaoxia, female, an associate professor, has been engaged in translation and management after graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Japanese from Nanjing University. In 2004, she obtained Master of Philosophy from Nanjing Normal University.

Her research fields mainly cover Japanese Society and Culture, Japanese Language, Public Policy, and so on, and her papers were published in Jianghai Academic Journal, Social Sciences Section of Journal of Nanjing Normal University, Journal of Nanjing Forestry University, Journal of He'nan Normal University, Journal of Nanjing University of Technology, Journal of Gansu Institute of Public Administration, ect. She also edited two textbooks published by Nanjing University Press.
