Wang Jinxiu graduated from School of Foreign Languages and Cultures in Nanjing Normal University in 2003, there she majored in English linguistics and literature and received a M.A. degree. Since May, 2003, she has been a teacher in Nanjing Audit University. And now she is a lecturer in Department of Applied Foreign Language Studies of NAU.

Research:
Her research focuses on linguistics, especially pragmatics and second language acquisition.
1. She published a paper named On Irony Production and Recognition from the Psychological Perspective in Journal of Changshu Institute of Technology in 2012.
2. She took charge of a university-level research project of A Research on the Strategies how to make EGP teachers transform into ESP teachers in 2015.
Awards:
1. She won the second-class prize in Jiangsu Universities Micro-teaching Competition in 2015.
2. She won the third-class prize in Jiangsu province in the First Micro-course Contest of Foreign Languages in China in May, 2015.
3. She won the second-class prize in the Third NAU Micro-teaching Competition in July, 2015.
